Supplier fulfillment
HomeFlex Gear works with supplier partners. Products may ship directly from those partners, and items in the same order can arrive in separate packages.
Processing and delivery timing
Timing varies by product and supplier. Check each product page for disclosed lead times. The Thumper Mini Pro currently lists an average supplier lead time of 16+ days and USA-to-USA shipping. An average lead time is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Order questions
If shipment details are available for your order, check your order updates or customer account. Contact us with your order number if you need help with an update, address correction, missing package, or delivery issue. Address changes depend on whether fulfillment has begun.
Returns and damaged items
Contact jp2835199@gmail.com with your order number, item, and reason for requesting a return. For damage or an incorrect item, include a description and photos if available. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back; the appropriate destination may be a supplier’s facility.
